Shipping Policy

Baked fresh in Dallas, TX and shipped straight to your door, seven days a week.

1. Where we ship

We ship within the United States within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

2. Handling and delivery time

Fresh-baked to order: we typically bake within 1 to 3 days of your order.
Transit: shipping then takes about 2 to 5 business days.
Total time from order to doorstep is usually 2 to 4 days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping cost

Subscriptions: free shipping on every box.
One-time orders: shipping is free on orders of $100 or more; otherwise a flat/calculated rate of a flat rate shown at checkout, free on one-time orders of $100 or more, and always free on subscriptions applies.
Wholesale and corporate orders may have different shipping terms set in your agreement.

Any promotional free-shipping thresholds shown on the site must match this policy.

4. Freshness and hot-weather shipping

Our cookies and brownies are perishable and made without preservatives. In warm weather, chocolate may soften or melt in transit. This is normal and the product is still safe and delicious; refrigerate briefly and it firms back up. We may adjust packaging (for example ice packs or insulation) or ship timing during heat waves to protect quality.

Please make sure someone can bring the box inside promptly, especially in summer. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by a package left in the heat after successful delivery, but if something arrives wrong, see the Refund & Return Policy.

5. Tracking

You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our Dallas bakery. Subscribers also get a pre-renewal reminder before each box is billed and baked.

6. Address accuracy, delays, and lost packages

Please enter a complete, correct shipping (or gift recipient) address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors/household and your carrier first, then contact us and we will help.
For packages lost or significantly delayed in transit, email support@sweetaddisons.com and we will make it right per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Gifts

You can ship a box to any address from checkout or your Subscriber HQ. Gift orders can include a handwritten note. The recipient's address is used only to fulfill the gift (see Privacy Policy).
