Most cookie cases are 48 units, sized so smaller shops can start light, reorder in two clicks. Baked fresh after you order, and your freezer extends the runway if you sell lighter volume.

What's the minimum order?
There's no minimum. Cookie cases run 48 units, the Mixed Case is any 4 flavors x 12, and the muffin case is 12. Reorder whenever you like.
What's the shelf life, and how should we store them?
Sealed packaging holds 90 days at ambient temperature, and everything bakes fresh after you order, so your shelf gets the full window. Lower-volume shop? Freeze the backstock: they freeze and thaw beautifully, so you can case-buy for the discount and pull to the shelf as you sell. Fridge or freezer also extends life well past the ambient window.
How fast do orders arrive?
We bake in 1 to 3 days and ship from Dallas 6 days a week (not Sunday), most cases land within a week of ordering.
