Refund & Return Policy

We want every box to arrive delicious. Because our cookies and brownies are fresh, perishable food, we handle this a little differently than a returns-and-restock store.

1. Perishable food, so no physical returns

For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unopened food, and please do not ship products back to us. Instead, if something is wrong, we make it right with a replacement or refund as described below.

2. If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not fresh

Email support@sweetaddisons.com within 7 days of delivery with:

your order number, and
a photo of the item and packaging.

If your cookies arrived melted or softened from heat in transit, they are still safe to eat; pop them in the fridge and they firm right back up. If you are still unhappy, contact us and we will help.

For items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or genuinely not fresh, we will, at our discretion, re-ship a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it after we process it.

4. Order changes and cancellations (one-time orders)

We bake fresh, often within 1 to 3 days of your order, so our window to change or cancel is short. Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has entered baking or shipping, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

5. Subscriptions

Manage subscriptions in your Subscriber HQ: skip, swap, pause, reschedule, or cancel in about two clicks. See the Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a box that has already been charged and entered baking or shipping.
If a subscription box that already billed had a problem (damaged, wrong, not fresh), the same remedy in Section 2 applies.
If you were charged after cancelling, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund it.

6. Free gifts and promotional items

Free gifts, milestone gifts, and promotional items have no cash value and are not separately refundable. If a paid box is refunded in full, any free gift tied only to that single box may be deducted or its value adjusted, and we will explain any adjustment.

7. Wrong address

Please double-check shipping and gift addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us quickly and we will do what we can before it ships.
