Not pressed. Not extruded. Not a bar in a costume.

Soft and thick, baked the way a bakery bakes it, not pressed or extruded like a bar. Texture is the tell on every dessert that let you down before, so we made it the first test, not the last.

17g of protein, hidden so well the taste test is the only way to find it.

Bone broth protein baked into the dough. It carries the grams without the grit, which is why you cannot tell. That is the claim. Six dollars tests it.

Addison, founder of Sweet Addison's

Addison’s standards came first.

Addison LaBonte earned a spot on the University of Maine’s Division I soccer team as a walk-on, on her way to a career in math. At 22, while training for a marathon, she was diagnosed with compartment syndrome, and the options she was offered were surgery on both legs or giving up running. She went gluten-free and started developing her own recipes at home. Her blog, Organically Addison, grew into an audience that asked to buy her cookies before the company existed. Forbes has profiled her, and she hosts the Organically Addison podcast.
