The nutty, toffee-esque flavor, the not-too-sweet, the slightly salty, the soft, moist, yet not under-baked texture, the perfect ratio of dough to choc chip! EVERYTHING is perfect!
I was worried when I saw applesauce as an ingredient, but you can’t taste it.
I think the part that surprises me most is that they are gluten-free!! These are some really good, really special vegan, gluten-free cookies! There aren’t any others I have had before that check those boxes AND are crave-worthy!!!

I was surprised by how much I love these! I am not vegan but wanted to try the latest cookie flavor. They are ultra thick and gooey and taste like cookie dough in the middle! Highly recommend!!
